Personality
Ignus is the quiet brooding type. He is not very social, but does not enjoy being lonely either. He has a lot of thoughts that he can sometimes get lost in and he needs someone to break him of the habit and get him out and about. He is somewhat paranoid and often avoids social settings because of this, but usually once he gets out there he feels much better. He loves watching documentaries about the ocean and wants to move to a Hawaiian island where he can study volcanic and tectonic activity while enjoying the ocean breeze. He has always been fascinated by extreme weather and would like to try being a storm-chaser one day. He is what he calls a "lifelong learner" and sometimes sits in on college classes, but is always finding out about new things on his own time as well. On his downtime, he loves curling up under a blanket and watching a good thriller, or sometimes a romantic movie, in the dark. He likes to keep his home dark as well, as it makes him feel safer and more comfortable. Nicknames: Iggy, Ig

Aside from documentaries about the ocean, are there any other topics you really enjoy watching? Is there any part of the Hawaiian culture or flora/fauna you enjoy or are fascinated by?
"I typically enjoy learning about almost anything that has to do with the natural world. I am especially interested, however, in natural disasters. I am fascinated by how powerful they are, and thus how they force us to be powerless. I sometimes feel like the more I know about these occurrences, the more prepared I would be if I were ever to face one. I know this is not truly the case though, logically speaking.
As of the culture of Hawaiian natives, I love how fairytale-ish everything I hear about their culture seems. I can't claim to know too much of the people, but also, I think I would prefer to learn about them firsthand as opposed to through secondary sources. Their lives seem so colorful and sweet from an outside view. I would like to know more about what goes on that the world doesn't get a glimpse of. "
